Team Collaboration

Bid Refinery supports multi-user organisations. You can invite colleagues, assign roles, and work on the same project simultaneously.

Inviting team members

1. Go to Settings > Team Members
2. Click Invite Member
3. Enter their email address and select a role
4. They receive an email invitation and can join immediately

Roles and permissions

Role	Permissions
Owner	Full access, billing management, delete organisation
Admin	Manage members, all project actions
Editor	Create/edit projects, generate drafts, export
Reviewer	View and comment on drafts, approve/reject
Viewer	Read-only access to projects and drafts

Project-level access

By default all team members can access all projects. For sensitive bids, you can restrict a project to specific members from Project Settings > Access.

Reviewing and approving drafts

The Review workflow allows Editors to submit drafts for Reviewer approval before export:

1. Editor clicks Submit for Review on any draft
2. Reviewers receive an email notification
3. Reviewer can Approve, Request Changes, or leave inline comments
4. Once approved, the draft can be exported

Real-time collaboration

Multiple editors can work in the same draft simultaneously. Changes sync within a few seconds. The last writer wins on per-section saves.

Removing members

Go to Settings > Team Members, click the three-dot menu on any member, and select Remove. Their access is revoked immediately. Their past contributions remain.
