Billing & Plans
Bid Refinery offers a free Starter workspace, a Pro plan for active bid teams, and Enterprise for scaled rollouts. You can try Pro features with a 14-day trial when your team is ready.

Pro trial
When you are ready, activate the 14-day Pro trial from Settings > Billing. The trial unlocks Pro features (exports, shared workspaces, additional projects) without a credit card. At the end of the trial your account reverts to the free Starter plan — your data is preserved.
Upgrading your plan
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Upgrade Plan
- Select the plan and billing frequency (monthly or annual — annual saves 20%)
- Enter payment details via our secure Stripe checkout
Usage limits
Usage is tracked at the organisation level. You can monitor current usage under Settings > Billing > Usage.
When you approach a limit, Bid Refinery will send you an email warning. Limits reset on your billing anniversary each month.
Invoices
PDF invoices are available under Settings > Billing > Invoices. Invoices are also emailed automatically on each billing date.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from Settings > Billing > Cancel Plan. You retain access until the end of your paid period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.
